1. The prices are in BG Leva including bed and breakfast, SPA thermal zone /fitness, indoor swimming pool, Finish sauna, Herbs sauna, Aroma steam bath and relax zone/, out door pool, umbrella and lounge, outdoor parking, business center, Wi-Fi , 9% VAT, tourist fee, insurance.
2. Twin/ DBL Deluxe room and Junior Suites are supplied with complimentary set for hot drinks.
3. The Executive Suites are supplied with complimentary set for hot drinks, private swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
4. Extra charge for dinner – 25 lv. for adult and 12 lv. for a child under 10 years.
5. Kids under 2 years are not charged.
6. A child under 10 years when using an extra bed with his parents is not charged, for second child – 50% of the price for adults.
7. Third adult /a person over 18 years/, accommodated on an additional bed pays 70% of the price for a regular bed.

All rooms have a balcony, internet connection, cable TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Free toiletries and spare set of sheets are provided at the time of check-in, according to the number of guests. The Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, fridge, stove and a kettle.

– ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS: 2+ 2/2 regular beds + 2 sofa beds in the living room /
– TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS: 4 + 2/4 regular beds + 2 sofa beds in the living room /
– DOUBLE VILLA: 4+ 2/4 regular beds + 2 sofa beds – living room – 1st floor /
– TRIPLE VILLA: 6 +2 / 6 regular beds + 2 sofa beds – living room – 1st floor /
5. Deadlines for confirmation and cancellations:
* Within 7 days after the confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of -20% of the total amount is required
* Free cancellation of a reservation is accepted up to 3 days before the date of the accommodation, after that the advance payment is not refundable!
* Changes in the dates of the reservation can be made only once, if there is availability and by prior arrangement!
