All rooms have a balcony, internet connection, cable TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Free toiletries and spare set of sheets are provided at the time of check-in, according to the number of guests. 5. Deadlines for confirmation and cancellations:
* Within 7 days after the confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of -50% of the total amount is required
* Free cancellation of a reservation is accepted up to 1 month before the date of the accommodation.
- If the cancellation of the reservation has been made less than one month before the arrival date, the guests will still be refunded their full deposti but we will impose a cancelation fee equal to the price of 1 night stay.
* Changes in the dates of the reservation can be made only once, if there is availability and by prior arrangement!
